View From the Road

Four Blue Knight's from chapter, Ontario XI - Great Lakes Regional Conference head out on a motorcycle adventure to cross the Great Plains, navigate the Rocky Mountain passes and over the Continental Divide to dip their feet in the Pacific Ocean. The coastal highway will be explored with occasional inland excursions from Washington, through Oregon and into California. A week long stopover, with the wives joining, will be a highlight in the San Francisco regional. After the rendezvous the ride will continue south and into the south west to take in Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. Join us to see pictures and accounts of our "view from the road."

Our last Mountain Pass at 11,312 feet. The bikes are pointed towards the Atlantic Ocean and that means homeward bound.

At the pass they have a cable chair lift to the top of Monarch Mountain as described below. It seemed fitting that this be the last photo of our five week adventure.

A fitting end to a great trip. We have enjoyed the pictures and explanations of some of the great sites you have visited and seen. A trip of a lifetime for sure!
